Ryan Williams

Chief Mechanic

Ryan was the lead technician at Joe's Garage (which occupied the same location as Jim's Garage since 2015).  Previously he worked as a technician at Athens Dodge and as a freelance race technician in Atlanta where he traveled across the southeast working on national championship winning race cars.

Ryan's specialty is in late-model imports but he loves the challenge of working on vintage cars also. He has many years of experience in custom fabrication and welding, including roll cages and bespoke suspension parts. 

Bill Schroder

Service Advisor

Bill was a Volvo Master Tech at the Athens dealership for 19 years before leaving to join Vintage Motor Works in 2015.

There aren't many automotive problems that Bill can't solve. He started out studying factory service manuals and keeping his family's cars totally reliable as a teenager in the 70s and is ASE certified in all auto repair categories.  Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology from Penn State.

Bill is eager to advise you on maintaining your vehicle's reliability and performance.
